Step 1 – Discuss job brief with client and provide detailed job description for approval.
Step 2 – Review database for suitable vetted candidates, and advertise for further options.
Step 3 – Review CV’s and prepare shortlist for The Organisers’ award winning staff to interview.
Step 4 – Each candidate is interviewed either on Skype or Face to Face, and rigorous questions undertaken to ensure they do match the job brief.
Step 5 – Shortlist of best candidates provided to client for 2nd interview, including detailed interview notes, CV and supporting documents.
Step 6 – Client interviews arranged, further questions despatched.
Step 7 – Offer made, offer letter provided and signatures arranged.
